After you place an order, our team typically takes 1-2 business days to prepare it for dispatch. This includes final quality checks and packaging to ensure you receive the best product.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location.

* Within West Bengal: 3-7 business days

* Other Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru): 5-9 business days

* Rest of India: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges:

* We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

* For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will be applied, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking ID and a tracking link to your registered email address and mobile number. You can use this link to monitor the current status of your delivery.

Please Note:

* We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Deliveries are made only on business days.
